- Star Anise

- Hellfire Wild Sloe Gin Liqueur with Strawberry
To serve one) Place 100ml apple juice (we prefer organic Tasmanian apple juice), 50ml water, orange peel, cinnamon stick, 2-3 Star anise, 2-3 cloves in a saucepan and gently simmer for approx 10 minutes to warm and allow the spices & peel to infuse (adjust time to suit when scaling the batch). Pour into heatproof glass over 50ml Wild Sloe Gin Liqueur with Strawberry and garnish with a slice of orange, star anise, and a cinnamon stick.
