  • Hellfire Wild Sloe Gin Liqueur with Strawberry
To serve one) Place 100ml apple juice (we prefer organic Tasmanian apple juice), 50ml water, orange peel, cinnamon stick, 2-3 Star anise, 2-3 cloves in a saucepan and gently simmer for approx 10 minutes to warm and allow the spices & peel to infuse (adjust time to suit when scaling the batch). Pour into heatproof glass over 50ml Wild Sloe Gin Liqueur with Strawberry and garnish with a slice of orange, star anise, and a cinnamon stick.
Warm Salty Devil
  • Salted Caramel Coffee Liqueur
  • Hot Coffee Brew
  • Fresh Whipped Cream
  • Dark Chocolate (fresh or powdered)
(To serve one) Add 120ml of hot coffee brew to a heat proof glass over 60ml of Salted Caramel Coffee Liqueur. Top with fresh whipped cream and a dusting of chocolate powder or grated dark chocolate.
Limoncello Spritz
  • 60ml Hellfire Limoncello
  • 90ml Prosecco
  • 30ml Soda
  • Lemon Thyme Sprig (garnish)
Stir ingredients over ice in gin balloon. Garnish with sprig of flowering lemon thyme.
Coffee Negroni
  • 30ml Hellfire London Dry Gin
  • 30ml Hellfire Coffee Liqueur
  • 30ml Campari
  • Orange for garnish
Stir all ingredients over ice. Garnish with Orange zest.
Sloe Gin Spritz
  • 60ml Hellfire Sloe Gin
  • 90ml Prosecco
  • 30ml Soda
  • Fresh or frozen berries, orange OR mint for garnish
Stir ingredients over ice in gin balloon. Garish with fresh or frozen berries, orange or mint.
Espresso Martini
  • 30ml Coffee Liqueur
  • 30ml Potato Vodka
  • 10-15ml Simple Syrup
  • 1 shot of espresso
  • Coffee Beans (garnish)
Combine all ingredients. Shake well over ice, strain into coupe glass, garnish with coffee beans.
Elderflower Sherbet
  • 30ml Hellfire Summer Gin
  • 15ml Elderflower syrup / concentrate
  • Bitter Lemon Mixer
Stir Gin & Syrup together in a high ball glass, add ice cubes and top with Bitter Lemon Mixer.  Garnish with sprig of fresh mint and wedge of lime.
  • 30ml Hellfire London Dry Gin
  • 30ml Rosso Vermouth
  • 30ml Campari
Stir ingredients over ice, and strain into an old-fashion glass or tumbler with a large cube of ice, garnish with a twist of orange peel.
Chai Espresso Martini
  • 60ml Hellfire Coffee Liqueur
  • 15ml Maple Syrup
  • 20ml Milk (or dash cream)
  • Pinch Mixed Spice (sweet spice blend)
  • Cinnamon Sugar + Cinnamon stick
Shake ingredients over ice and strain into martini glass.  Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar and garnish with a cinnamon stick.
