Our aperitif has been crafted by distilling fermented apples - sourced from a local orchard to sustainably use their 'perfectly imperfect' apples - and soaking an array of local botanicals including Stinging Nettle, Kunzea, Wattleseed and Chamomile, with the addition of sweet Orange, Cardamom and Wormwood.
