Our Tasmanian take on the Italian lemon liqueur is crafted with fresh, locally sourced lemons that are painstakingly hand peeled to remove the bitter pith, and then soaked for up to three months. The result is an award-winning refreshing drink, that can be enjoyed chilled as an aperitif or digestif, or used to create a refreshing citrus spritzer with the addition of Prosecco.
