Single Origin, Cool Climate Dark Rum Batch 008
Hellfire Bluff’s Rum Batch 008 is a single origin dark rum crafted on Tasmania’s rugged southeast coast. This limited batch of 128 bottles was fermented, distilled, matured, and bottled on site, with a careful ageing process spanning 3 years in American Bourbon French Oak barrels.
The overall character is toasted oak and gentle warming spice with dried fig, toffee and subtle allspice that rounds the palate while preserving the rum’s dry oak structure. The finish is clean, dry and polished with charred cedar, fine tannin and subtle spice warmth.
Best enjoyed neat, or on ice, in a rum glass with a patient moment to let it breathe first.
Released at 40% Alc/Vol.
