Salted Caramel Martini

Ingredients

  • 60 mL Hellfire Salted Caramel Coffee Liqueur
  • 45 mL Hellfire Potato Vodka
  • 30 mL Caramel syrup, plus extra for the rim
  • Tasman Sea salt, for the rim
  • Toasted marshmallows for garnish

Method

  • Place cocktail glass in the freezer for 10 minutes before rimming to stop the caramel syrup from running.
  • Place caramel syrup in a shallow dish and roll the rim of the glass in it. Then roll rim in a shallow dish of salt to coat the caramel syrup.
  • Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, then add caramel syrup, Hellfire Potato Vodka and Hellfire Salted Caramel Coffee Liqueur and shake vigorously.
  • Strain into prepared glass and garnish with a toasted marshmallow.
