This limited-edition barrel aged gin was distilled, matured, and bottled at our distillery on the remote southeast coast of Tasmania. It started out as our beloved Piquant Gin and was aged for 18 months in a French Oak Tasmanian Pinot Noir Barrique.
The exceptionally slow maturation period has produced very smooth texture and soft botanicals. The gin character remains up front but is beautifully balanced with soft French oak character and pinot noir wine influence.
The finish is long and very silky with lingering peppery notes to savour.
Best enjoyed neat on cold night, or on ice in warmer weather.
Shipping
Deliveries will be dispatched from Hellfire Bluff within 48 hours of completed order (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays) and payment has been received. You’ll receive a notification from Australia Post to let you know your order has been shipped and is on its way to you.
Orders placed outside office hours and weekends will be not processed until the following business day.
