Crafted from our cool-climate 4 year old Rum Batch 007, this special first release Spiced Rum Liqueur is fermented, distilled, matured and bottled entirely on site at Hellfire Bluff Distillery on the rugged and remote southeast coast of Tasmania.
Our limited release combines layers of rich toffee, dark cacao, cinnamon, clove and subtle hints of native pepper, carried by a soft, rounded rum base. Deep, rich and irresistibly smooth, only 299 bottles have been produced.
Subtle notes of dark cacao weave through the palate, adding depth and balance, while the finish lingers with gentle warmth, creating an indulgent and complex sipping experience.
Perfect enjoyed neat, over ice, poured over dessert, or mixed into a decadent cocktail.

Deliveries will be dispatched from Hellfire Bluff within 48 hours of completed order (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays) and payment has been received. You’ll receive a notification from Australia Post to let you know your order has been shipped and is on its way to you.
Orders placed outside office hours and weekends will be not processed until the following business day.
