Salted Caramel Martini
- 30 mL caramel syrup, plus extra for the rim
- Tasman Sea salt, for the rim
- 45 mL Hellfire vodka
- 60 mL Hellfire Salted caramel liqueur
- Toasted marshmallows for garnish
How do I make it?
- Place cocktail glass in the freezer for 10 minutes before rimming to stop the caramel syrup from running.
- Place caramel syrup in a shallow dish and roll the rim of the glass in it. Then roll rim in a shallow dish of salt to coat the caramel syrup.
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, then add caramel syrup, vodka and Coffee Liqueurs and shake vigorously.
- Strain into prepared glass and garnish with a toasted marshmallow.
Ingredients
- Salted Caramel Coffee Liqueur
- Hot Coffee Brew
- Fresh Whipped Cream
- Dark Chocolate (fresh or powdered)
Method
(To serve one) Add 120ml of hot coffee brew to a heat proof glass over 60ml of Salted Caramel Coffee Liqueur. Top with fresh whipped cream and a dusting of chocolate powder or grated dark chocolate.
